Oreryu Shio Ramen: My Favorite Modern Ramen in Tokyo
When it comes to ramen in Tokyo, Oreryu Ramen always hits the spot, especially their Shibuya branch located at 1 Chome-22-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya City, Tokyo 150-0043 . 🍜 It’s my favorite place to indulge in a modern take on this beloved dish!
Oreryu offers a huge variety of ramen, but my personal favorite is their cheesy, garlicky bowl topped with tender charsiu, crispy karaage, and a perfectly cooked tamago. It’s a flavor-packed combination that hits all the right notes—savory, hearty, and a little indulgent. 😋
And let’s talk about the portions—they’re huge! You definitely get your money’s worth here. Despite the massive servings and high quality, it’s still unbelievably affordable, which makes it a great find in a city known for its food scene.
Oreryu has several branches across Tokyo, including in Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ebisu, and Meguro, but for me, it’s always the Shibuya branch. Whether you’re a ramen newbie or a connoisseur, this cheesy, garlicky goodness is a must-try!
