How to Apply for a Korea Tourist Visa in Cebu

A. Prepare your requirements
For Employed individuals: (For Sponsored trips, family or others, click HERE for requirements)
A.1. Application Form (Click here for PDF file of the Application Form)
A.2. 1piece of Passport size colored picture
A.3. Original Passport (should be valid for more than 6months)
A.4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
A.5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable, and Korean Visas will not be counted)
A.6. Original Certificate of Employment
(including applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, address, office landline number, e-mail address)
A.7. Original Personal Bank Certificate
(must include account type, current balance, account opening date, ADB)
A. 8. Bank Statement
(original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
A.9. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 (Checked by BIR with stamp)
A.10. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)
B. Schedule an Appointment

C. Pass all needed requirements at the Consulate of the Republic of Korea Cebu Office

C. Check the Status of your Visa Application online. Check HERE
D. Pick up your passport on the specified time and date as shown on the stub at the Consulate of the Republic of Korea Cebu Office.
